### Order Cancellation and Adjustment

- By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted our policies.
- Order cancellations are accepted before the product is shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- For order adjustments, contact us at service@zrolma.com before your order is shipped.

### Return and Resend Policy

Since all items are handcrafted, our return policy lasts 120 days from the arrival date of your item. After 120 days, we cannot offer refunds or resends online.

You can choose from the following options:

**Returns:**

- Applicable for both defective and non-defective products (excluding artificial damage).
- For returns, contact our support team at service@zrolma.com for a return address.
- You cover the return shipping fee. As a goodwill gesture, we will provide a voucher equal to this fee.
- For quality-related returns, we bear the return shipping costs.
- A 120-day return/exchange window, except for fraudulent returns as per legal stipulations, is available.

**Resend:**

- If the item is incorrect or faulty due to our error, we will resend the correct product.
- In case of shipping damage, we will re-issue the product without shipping charges.

### Refund Policy

- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the receipt and subsequent refund steps.
- Refunds are usually completed within 15 business days and will automatically be credited to your original payment method or bank credit card, subject to your bank’s processing times. If there is a delay, we will follow up promptly.
- In exceptional cases of transportation issues and received damaged goods, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience.

### Shipping Time

Since we ship globally from different operating centers, shipping and customs processing times may vary. The average shipping time is approximately 7 to 35 business days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after shipment.

### Delivery Time

- Processing items may take 1 to 15 business days. Please add the processing time to your shipping estimate. Shipping time varies depending on the selected shipping method.
